The 3.1.3b2 release should fix that, unfortunately: Missing PyOpenGL-accelerate 3.1.3b2

Recurrence of #1970.
Fixed by removing the accelerate module from the python installation directory.
Temporarily? let's get a fixed version into MSYS2 (#1883), original pull request: https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/4954
PyOpenGL looks in bad shape: no stable release in 5+ years
