Xpra: Ticket #2348: xpra top

Same as top but for xpra, using curses.

This can be used to quickly monitor the health of the server, in a more user friendly way than repeatedly parsing xpra info.

We can show memory usage, state of the various queues for each client, batch delays, etc.
