Description
As per Clipboard paste in Eclipse, it would be nice if we could more easily launch all the test tools without having to locate them first.
On win32, we have the clipboard tool exe (similar thing on macos), but on Linux we can use a subcommand:
xpra clipboard-tool
xpra encoding
xpra colors-test
etc..

Mostly done in r24135, we now have many new test and diagnostics subcommands: encoding, webcam, keyboard, keyboard-test, keymap, gui-info, network-info, path-info, printing-info, version-info, gtk-info, colors-test, colors-gradient-test, transparent-colors, transparent-window.
