v2 v3 5 5 [[BR]] 6 6 7 Here is some information which is often , if not always, relevant and should therefore be included in most tickets:7 Here is some information which is often relevant and should therefore be included in most tickets to save time: 8 8 * what operating system is used on both the client and server, including the full version details, the desktop environment, and anything that would make this setup unusual, number of screens, resolution, etc 9 9 * the network setup, bandwidth constraints 10 10 * how the software was installed and what version (in full) 11 11 * is this a new problem or a regression? 12 * are there other bugs that are slightly similar? 13 * are there other unusual issues / behaviour apart from this particular bug? 12 14 * is it reproducible reliably? and if so, how? 13 15 * include relevant parts of the log files - including enough context to investigate (not just the last line showing the error message, but not necessarily the whole log file either)
